I love coffee more than most people, but it has become hard on my stomach, and it can be very rough on the adrenal glands. So when I tried the Starbucks Green Tea Lemonade, I was in heaven, but all that sugar was not so acceptable. So here’s my take on Green Tea Lemonade, which is higher in antioxidants and lower in calories and sugar.
Brew double strength Matcha Green Tea from Powder and poor over ice. Store this batch in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Poor glass 3/4 or more full of brewed green tea, over ice if desired.
Fill remainder 1/4 or less of glass with Organic Lemonade (try strawberry lemonade for a nice twist).
Garnish with fresh lemon and a straw. Enjoy!
